Cristi's Challenge

Cristi had a great day yesterday in the weight room

She squatted 325x6 , then did 225 2x12, then did bent rows and chin ups.

During her chin ups, Stephen was warming up with 365 on his deadlifts and I said, "Hey, Cristi! I bet you cant pull this for 10 reps right now......."

What's a Lifer? Someone who isn't in to something for just a day, a month, a year...it's for life. Whether its training or your family or your job...it doesn't matter. You work at it, you build on it, you see the big picture . You don't miss workouts because it means something to you.
